PARKINGS / series of photographs Geometrical parking surface space  has a new tenant – the human body. This project was conceived as a documentation of actions and performances in a public space, a part of a reflection on urban discomfort, where the city becomes a place of complete disregard of humanity and everything that usedto be tailored to suit human needs. The character personifies the car. A machine that ranks one’s success, and neglects real human values. On the one side exist the color, size, price, and model, and on the other, light or dark, high or low, rich or poor… The car is created to “control” our tastes, desires, physical abilities and needs. How much effort and money do we spend taking care of a car, and how much do we care about and attend to human relationships? Photo series Parkings represent images of actions carried out in outer and inner spaces. Digital photo collage is the technique used to multiply the body. In cooperation with: photographer Igor Zelić
